1. Rental Agreement
By renting a jet ski from Huzel Rentals LLC, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old.
- Identification: A valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at the time of rental.
- Experience: Renters must demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience in operating a jet ski.

3. Rental Period
- Duration: Jet skis can be rented by the hour, half-day, or full-day.
- Return Time: All jet skis must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid additional charges.

4. Payment
- Rates: Rental rates are as listed on the website in the pricing section.
- Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is required at the time of rental. This deposit is refundable upon the return of the jet ski in the same condition as it was rented.

5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time will be charged a cancellation fee.
- No Show: No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

6. Safety Regulations
- Life Jackets: All renters and passengers must wear life jackets at all times.
- Alcohol and Drugs: Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Weather Conditions: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

7. Damage and Liability
- Inspection: A pre-rental inspection will be conducted to document the condition of the jet ski. Any existing damage will be noted.
- Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage to the jet ski during the rental period. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Liability Waiver: Renters must sign a liability waiver releasing Huzel Rentals LLC from any responsibility for personal injury or property damage.

8. Operational Restrictions
- Restricted Areas: Jet skis are not allowed in restricted areas. Renters must adhere to local maritime laws and regulations.
- Speed Limits: Renters must observe speed limits and operate jet skis safely and responsibly.

9. Return Conditions
- Cleanliness: Jet skis must be returned clean and free of debris.
- Fuel: Jet skis must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. A refueling fee will be charged if the fuel level is lower.

10. Insurance
- Coverage: Renters are encouraged to have personal watercraft insurance. Huzel Rentals LLC provides basic liability coverage, but it may not cover all incidents.
